  usually come in once a day, if not every other day, before work or on my way home. I’ve noticed the new girl, Trinity, is much more polite than the others. If my order is ever wrong at the window, she always makes sure I get the correct one. She’s really nice and soft-spoken, you can tell she takes her job seriously unlike some of the other employees I’ve come across. I hope to see more like her in the future!

  As previously described in the other reviews for this location- get ready for disappointment! As far as food quality goes, it's McDonald's, so you can't expect too much. But getting a correct order... consider yourself lucky if you do! I don't know how many times I've received someone else's order, clearly stated multiple times "no onions" and actually received extra onions, or left without receiving my full order. My advice: stop at the grocery store and get supplies to make yourself a sandwich. Quick, easy, and you can only blame yourself if your order isn't right!

  I order chicken nuggets and fries and they smelled like burnt! Took it back and they said they replaced them with new but was placed in the same package! Weird! And all this happends when their great manager Rodrigo is on shift! Not to mention this is the second time this happends to me with this same worker! So stay away when this guy isnon shift because he is full of lies!

  Ephraim McDonald 100% will always find a way to disappoint you. From order being incorrect, Cold food, long wait on drive thru. Also does nothing to complain to Owner/ Manager they don't care and will continue to give -.05/10 Rating

  I’m going to be so real. I’ve lived in Ephraim since I was 9 and this place has sucked the entire time I’ve lived here. Today I ordered an online order with a happy meal and a frozen coke. I chose on the app to get a boo bucket. I also picked up my mom’s order of a frappe. We get there, the line is long, that’s normal. Then I get to the pick up window. Issue number 1: they clearly didn’t give me the boo bucket I asked for and instead gave me one of the toys from their McDonaldsland event from a month ago. Issue 2: they didn’t properly put on the lid for the frappe and as I left the parking lot, the lid slipped and splattered mocha frappe on my gear shift and cup holder. Issue 3: They gave me my frozen coke but it was OVERFLOWING onto the lid. They didn’t even take the time to clean it off. I work in food service so I understand making one or two mistakes but THREE??? I’m so over it. Don’t go here during the day, you’ll get way better service at the late night hours.
