  Ordered a cheesy bacon burger with just cheese and bacon on it from door dash. It came loaded with everything on it. No big deal I went back and ordered another one through the drive through, plain with nothing on it. Got home and they screwed up again. I am usually understanding and patient but that is pretty ridiculous.

  My husband and I used a BOGO coupon to get two chicken sandwiches. A manager had to put in the coupon and it added a beef n’ cheddar sandwich that we did not ask for. The employee removed the beef sandwich but said we couldn’t use the BOGO coupon for the chicken sandwiches. I looked at the coupon after we had ordered the chicken sandwiches, and chicken sandwiches were an option for the Bogo coupon. My husband ordered a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and got a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and it wasn’t warm at all. When the manager had made the beef n’ cheddar sandwich and realized we weren’t getting it he made the comment, “what a waste” and proceeded to complain about the order to the other workers; while glancing at me. We have had continued problems with this restaurant while ordering inside but thought it would be best to do so with the coupons we had. They also only gave us 7 of the 8 jalapeño bites that we ordered.

  Workers are getting drinks when I can see my food is done and they aren’t getting it out. Waited a while and the workers just kept taking orders in the drive thru when my food was done.
