  Dairy Queen food was pretty typical. However, it took almost half an hour to get my food. It was fairly busy, but nobody seemed to have any sense of urgency.

  I don’t know who recently took this Dairy Queen over in like the last six months but it Has gone downhill so bad. The food sucks, that shakes suck ( if they even get your order right). It’s just all around garbage. Don’t even waste your time just pass this Elwood exit and go to the next one.

  I’m a passerby I truck drive and I came here to get a hot meal . I sat at the register for about 6 minutes waiting to be acknowledged then I got my order taken and it took about 28 minutes for my flamethrower chicken strip basket . I ordered before anyone else came in and drive thru was consistently getting their food . When I got my food the hottest thing in the box was the gravy. I’ve worked fast food before and this was trash . No customer service , and a long wait for cold food . Unacceptable.

  Stopped for a quick bite on the way to Idaho. The others in our caravan went inside and were served right away. Apparently they do not take orders from the drive through when their are customers inside. I waiting 30 minutes in the drivethough and the other people in our party were long gone before we even got our food.
