To start the season I had to have another ice vendor contact them so they would answer their phone. Once you get In touch with them, they are fantastic! Super flexible, very nice, good custom service; great ice! I have been trying to contact them all week! by text, by phone call, I have left messages, I tried email initially and didn’t get a response so I didn’t try this time. No reply, no response. I have a big event for this weekend. I ask last week for a delivery this week. Haven’t received anything. I am almost out of Ice. I can’t get a response. I don’t want to go someplace else for ice, especially since there aren’t many (if any) other options. Frustrated at the moment.
