  This review is made for the benefit of any company considering doing business with Paradice Ice. I will justify the one star rating, honestly if i could give zero stars i would. My wife and i own a restaurant, and as im sure you can imagine Ice is essential to our business mainly for use in our soda fountains, but also for catering events and outdoor festivals, unfortunately we live in an area with essentially no options when it comes to purchasing ice, Paradice Ice has basically a monopoly in our area, when we first started buying from them our concern was simply getting ice. But it didnt take long to realize the customer service was horrible, we were on an automatic delivery schedule and told we would get a standard order on the same day every week, it seemed like things would work out fine that way, the problem was that day was never consistent, one week it would be monday, the next Thursday or friday, other weeks no delivery at all, we have limited freezer space for ice so consistency is essential for us, Paradice Ice never contacted us to let us know the delivery changes, every contact we have had with them in over two years of business has been initiated by us, this alone tells you what kind of attitude they have towards their customers. They are a monopoly, you need them they dont need you is the name of the game, if you are considering using Paradice Ice as your supplier I strongly suggest you consider an alternative, if you live in an area with other options try a competitor, those ive talked to that dont service our area have been willing to consider doing so if we could accept a larger shipment, which is an option, the other option which we have actually taken was to buy our own ice machine. There are many affordable ways to do that which id be happy to tell you about. The bottom line is simple, if you need ice, if ice is a part of your business and you dont want to find yourself running to Walmart or the local convenience store when Paradice ice simply doesnt show up, then find another business to deal with, Paradice ice is hands down the worst choice we made, and we will never buy another bag from them ever. Its unfortunate it took two years to get to this point but hopefully you will never need to experience what we have .

  Almost impossible to get in contact with. Vickie does not answer or return messages, so don’t waste your time leaving messages. To start the season I had to have another ice vendor contact them so they would answer their phone. Once you get In touch with them, they are fantastic! Super flexible, very nice, good custom service; great ice! I have been trying to contact them all week! by text, by phone call, I have left messages, I tried email initially and didn’t get a response so I didn’t try this time. No reply, no response. I have a big event for this weekend. I ask last week for a delivery this week. Haven’t received anything. I am almost out of Ice. I can’t get a response. I don’t want to go someplace else for ice, especially since there aren’t many (if any) other options. Frustrated at the moment.
