    I have never left a review before but this is genuinely the WORST Wendy’s I have ever gone to. The workers are rude and always have an attitude. They always miss food. The food that they do give you is always cold or lukewarm at best. They never give any of the sauces you ask for and even after specifically asking for onions and cheese on my chili(which they didn’t ask if I wanted I had to request) it still did not come with cheese and onions. I never expect that much from fast food places but this Wendy’s somehow disappointed my already incredibly low expectations. DO NOT COME HERE

    I waited at lease 5 min at the ordering speaker. Then I waited another 5 min at the window. Then I was asked to pull around the corner where I waited for another 10 min to get my food brought out to me. My food was cold when I got it.

    I usually don’t leave reviews, but this location has pushed me to finally say something. Whoever oversees this franchise should seriously reevaluate the management here. The service is consistently poor, orders are frequently wrong, and the food is almost always cold. I’ve given this location multiple chances hoping things would improve, but it has been failure after failure. From now on, I’ll be driving to the City Center location instead. If you want to see how a Wendy’s should actually be run, the difference is night and day — fast, friendly service with hot, fresh food every time.

    In the year since this Wendy’s has been open, my family has tried to get Frosty’s five times or more only to be disappointed. They have either served them completely liquid, letting them run empty, or could not tell us how long it would take for them to be ready. Tonight was the final time I try to do this with my family. We ordered four chocolate Frosty’s and one vanilla at the kiosk. After waiting for over 10 minutes, with no one in front of us at 8:15pm, they called us up and said the chocolate was too liquidy and asked if we would like vanilla instead. I said, “No.” That manager seemed shocked. I’m not sure why. That’s what four of us wanted. I asked how long it would take for the machine to freeze up, and waited for another several minutes before she could tell me that she “didn’t know.” So I asked her to refund us please. Again, by her face, she was surprised by my response. I don’t know why, that’s all we wanted from there. But then again, we had to wait for five minutes for one other person to finish, placing their order, because there was only one other register that could be used to refund us. Keep in mind, I paid with a credit card at the kiosk, and apparently had to wait for a cash refund from the single register they had for walk in customers. Apparently, they couldn’t use the drive-through. I think the most frustrating thing is how they seemed to be inconvenienced by asking for a refund when actually, it is us who have been inconvenienced I don’t mind having problems once in a while. I understand it happens. But it’s happened consistently. And here’s the thing, it’s not just me that it keeps happening. I keep hearing it from a lot of people. At this point, I don’t think it’s even worth trying again. Especially since in the last 16 years of living here, I have never had a problem like this at the Saratoga Springs location. This Wendy’s, has a problem. additionally, it has a major problem for us to wait almost a half an hour to leave with no food. That tells me, they do not understand Customer Service, have not been training Customer Service, or do not care about Customer Service. It doesn’t matter which one, none of them are acceptable. If they were busy and slammed, that would make sense. But there was no line. No one before us in the store. And three orders came in after us in that 30 minute time period.

    I love Wendy’s, but this one is single handedly the worst one I go to. This is the one I usually go to because it’s really close to my house but I’m gonna be traveling anytime I go now. The chicken nuggets literally always taste like they’ve been sitting there for 40+ minutes. I sometimes tend to get the wrong burger, I always order a triple not only did they not give me a triple once again but they gave me the completely wrong burger as well. Yall really need to pay attention and actually serve fresh food. There is a timer on the nuggets for reason. Like I’m paying for extra and yall fail to give me what I paid for. Also they didn’t give me my receipt so I feel as if I couldn’t really say anything and I couldn’t get my points.
