E coli outbreak waiting. The wet (soaked through the paper) hard shell tacos were from the lettuce I was told. I didn't yell, didn't accuse, just wanted what I paid for. Nope. Floor has discarded food all over. A worker snuffed loudly then wiped her nose on her shirt. Actually pulled up her collar and wiped her nose. Asked for a manager. Got a condensending 19 who can't figure put change tell me about fast food. She was the "manager", she wasn't, that would be AJ but he wanted to wallow in the food waste behind the counter on the food. Yep. Just don't come here

I always go here after work (like 5-6pm). Usually pickup in the lobby but sometimes DT. They’ve messed up my order a few times I won’t lie but they’re always so nice about making it up. Love the managers (I assume there the ones with the colored hats) the girl and guy are always friendly

Been here at least 20+ times in the evening. From my experience, The night shift staff is on the ball 100%. Never messed up a single order, cheese is always melted, and the food is always prepared correctly. Very impressed with this location, although I've never used it during regular (9-5) hours, only past 8pm.

I am formally documenting a serious incident at this Taco Bell location that reflects ongoing operational and management failures.
My friend has been a regular customer at this location for over a year and a half without any prior issues. This makes the recent incident even more concerning, as the decline in service appears to coincide with changes in staff behavior and management response.
During a recent visit, he made a simple and polite request for additional sauce at the drive-thru. In response, the employee became visibly agitated and abruptly slammed the window shut in his face, refusing further service. This alone demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service standards.
The situation escalated further when the employee falsely alleged that my friend used inappropriate language—an accusation that is entirely untrue. Rather than conducting any form of objective review or attempting to de-escalate, the manager immediately accepted the claim without question, demonstrating a lack of managerial judgment and independent oversight, and proceeded to treat my friend as if he were at fault, including discussion of banning him from the location.
This raises serious concerns regarding:
* The absence of proper incident verification procedures
* Ineffective leadership and failure to exercise accountability
* A pattern of staff behavior that appears to be enabled rather than corrected
Based on the volume of similar complaints associated with this location, this does not appear to be an isolated incident, but rather a systemic issue involving both staff conduct and management response.
Additionally, there are growing concerns reflected in customer feedback about the way orders are handled at this location, which further undermines trust and raises questions about overall service standards and food handling practices.
The handling of this interaction also raises concerns about potential bias in how customers are treated, which warrants further review.
I am requesting that corporate leadership:
* Review any available surveillance footage from the time of this incident
* Investigate staff conduct and management decision-making
* Evaluate broader customer complaints tied to this location
* Implement corrective action and retraining where necessary
Customers should not be subjected to disrespect, false accusations, or punitive actions without evidence. This situation reflects poorly not just on this location, but on the brand as a whole.
Until these issues are addressed, I would strongly caution others before visiting this location.
If this matter is not properly reviewed, we are prepared to escalate further.
