  Mcdonalds new locations are a corporate husk of what they originally were. This applies to this location as well. This fast food place isn't fast, it took like 25 minutes to get an order despite like 3 people in the whole restaurant, the food just like everything else is expensive, every meal that isn't a small item or from the mcvalue menu is 8-15 bucks, the quality of the food differs from day to day. I'm sure the employees are working a ton and I don't want to batter them but this is kinda depressing. You can order from a screen or if you want human interaction you can blindly order with no menu to look off of. Rip self serve soda machines hope you only like coke and sprite.

  Ordering through drive thru is always so difficult because it's either the person on the screen doesn't hear and messes up your order so when you go to the window theres a cashier who is rude and shows attitude and messes up your order even more and when you're trying to correct the order because it's your money that you're spending for food, the cashier purposely shows how annoyed she is which is unprofessional and it's unfair that we have to be the receiving end of attitude.

  Very disappointing experience with Aubernae. The interaction felt degrading and unprofessional. I expected basic respect and did not receive it. I hope this is addressed.

  the service was so bad, i was the only one inside the restaurant and it took over 10 minutes until i got attention, I placed an online order because i was in a hurry. When i finally got attention it was a a guy cleaning, he went in the back a few times but i still had no updates on my order. (ONE sandwich by the way.) I stood over the counter and saw the manager standing in the kitchen just typing on her phone, she did this for about 5 minutes straight until she realized me standing there and had the same cleaner guy come help me. She then tried making me pull up my app but the order canceled out because they were taking FOREVER. Luckily i had my receipt on my email and showed that i had ordered. Anyways I recommend going to a different mcdonalds, this one has the poorest management i’ve ever seen.

  Oh my gosh invest in some shades! Sitting in the play area during the day you are just sitting directly in the sun because of the huge windows facing the sun. Bathrooms have to be unlocked, so make sure to go in with your kids because if a predator is in there with them, they’re locked in there and only the employees can let you in. Good luck getting an employee to help you, they don’t bother to man the front desk, and get mad if you ask for help. If it’s such a bother, don’t lock the bathrooms and bring back self serve drinks. Oh ya the drinks, free refills only if you can get an employee to pay attention to you. Finally no diaper changing tables and no trash in the bathroom. You’re welcome for bringing the poopy diaper through and the lobby. It’s payback for making me change my kid on the floor. 0 out of ten wouldn’t recommend
