I do not like leaving negative reviews anywhere and typically, if I have a bad experience, I just choose to go elsewhere and never return. However the experience I had here was annoying enough that it justifies a negative review. Last night, I came to this location and went through the drive thru where a pickup was parked directly in front of the window. Odd, but whatever, maybe they were just waiting on an order and there was no one else waiting. I recieved my order, paid, and the girl at the window simply told me to have a nice day and closed the window. At that point, two other cars had pulled up behind me. I waited another minute, before giving a courtesy honk (idk why they were just parked here, did the driver fall asleep? Idk). Nothing no movement, I tried to see if I could reverse, the car behind me was too close. Now I was getting anxious, since I needed to be somewhere. The girl returned to the window already expecting the other costumer. She saw me instead and was confused. I told her I couldnt move the other car is still parked in front of me. "Oh you can just go around," she said. "We have that car parked there for a reason." "There are cars behind me." I told her. "That’s not exactly safe." "You have space to move." And then she motioned so the other cars behind me had to reverse. Now I dont know if they just normally leave vehicles parked here but this just shouldn't happen. So as I began to reverse i told her, "You could have people wait up front if they need to wait." She cut me off condescendingly, "No. We have them there for a reason. You can go now. Have a good day." Respectfully there is 0 reason to obstruct ongoing traffic and request people to back up. It's not exactly the most dangerous, but it is hugely inconvenient to make people move around someone who could be safely waiting in one of the pick-up spots as needed. Frankly, I wouldn't have minded as much but the girl's attitude and dismissive rude behavior was annoying. If the car parked ahead was expected to be there, why not give me a heads up at least to drive around while taking my order? Better yet, why not consider the rest of the line of cars that would have to carefully back up to let me through? Did they seriously expect that it's okay to inconvenience everyone for one person without a solid explanation? On top of that, the amount of fries I received was abysmal, and I didnt order very much to begin with. Don't waste your time here, and if you really want Wendy's there a better location just seven minutes north.

Please listen to everyone else and go to literally any other fast food place. I know a Wendy's is a Wendy's, so expectations are always meh, but this location really tries their best to be the worst and I'm questioning my sanity for giving them so many second chances. Today there was one car ahead of me and I had placed a mobile order. Wait time? 10 minutes. Order was still missing items and I had a hair in my food. Want to eat inside? It smells like a septic tank and your shoes stick to the floor. Want help? Wait at the counter forever until the staff reluctantly acknowledge your existence. I sound like a Karen but trust me, you can do a lot better driving to city center or Saratoga Springs if you absolutely need your Wendy's fix. Every time I go I regret it (and I'm an idiot for coming back). Never seen a place have 2 stars and thought it was high.

Never gets anything right, make sure to request new drop on fry, because fries always taste like they’re 2 hours old. Tonight, this particular time, We got no ice, which we didn’t ask for. I was missing my entire meal besides a drink. I was only refunded $3 on a $13 dollar meal through DoorDash, and my drink had no syrup. Hahaha. Comical. Ridiculous, corp are ROBBIN us for not only unhealthy crap but just Absolute crap on crap quality.

Took 18 minutes just for 4 nuggets. They didn’t call out my name either. I was just watching them and when I saw they finished I grabbed my bag. Super super disappointing. Food was barely warm which I suppose would be passable if I got my food within a few minutes. Very sad, I hope they don’t go out of business

The WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. This is the first negative review I have ever left on Google. I’ve never been this disappointed. We pulled into the drive thru tonight at about 9:15pm. We sat and waited for several minutes… no one was there to take our order. I’ve never gone to a drive-through where there was no one on the other end saying “order when you’re ready” when customers pull in! If you’re busy, say “give me a minute and I’ll be right with you.” No one acknowledged we were there! The only reason we knew they weren’t closed is because of the other cars waiting in the drive thru. We reversed and pulled up again to see if someone would come on the intercom because we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe they didn’t know we were there. No response. Then we decided to just pull up to the window to order since they apparently they can’t handle speaking into a headset. There were three vehicles waiting in front of us, and we waited for almost 10 minutes without moving! We didn’t even get to the window to pay (or place our order). Our baby started crying so we left, went to McDonald’s, gassed up our car, and by the time we drove past again, the vehicle that was in front of us was still in the drive-through waiting for their order!! I couldn’t believe it. Unless someone inside was having a medical emergency, I can’t fathom any reason that we would just have to sit there without acknowledgment. This experience was unacceptable. Based on reviews someone had the exact same experience earlier this week too. Fire ALL the employees who work the evening shift. They are clearly incompetent and I know 7 year olds who could run this place better.
