I just recently went in there because there was a mistake on my order and the girl at the cash register was very nice. She went to help me out with my order. But the guy in the back chewed her out because she didn't know about some kind of food policy. Please address this in your meetings . I felt humiliated for the girl I wish I hadn't brought my sandwich in to have her change it because she wouldn't have got yelled at by this boy. I always try to give this place a chance but I'm running out of patience with it. Thanks Just wanted to give my feedback

I also understand that "hey, this is a Wendy's, not a 5 star restaunt" so I'm not picky haha! But in the kindest way possible, I did not feel welcomed here... Waited and waited in drive through and had to say "hello?" Multiple times until I finally got "... You wanna try the Wednesday meal?" I was met with coldness while ordering, but i just wanted a simple chicken sandwich (I was having a long day and wanted something simple haha) so I went up to pay and asked how they were doing, and how I appreciated them working late at night/getting me a chicken sandwich. I was met with a mean death glare, like I had deeply personally offended them. It set me back, saying "oh, I'm sorry, i hope I haven't done anything wrong, I appreciate you being here" and still just was glaring at me 😅 The food was um, slapped together, but like, hey. I get it. there are days that are tough and people can have their days, that's completely valid! but damn 😅😅
