  Ordered carry out and they messed up my sandwich. I brought it back saying they forgot the mayo, lettuce, cheese and cucumber on my tuna sandwich. I added the toppings onto the sandwich when ordering online but when I brought it back in to bring up the issue. The claimed that’s how it came into the system. As is. I remember adding the extra toppings but apparently it didn’t go through. On top of that, it went through under my maiden last name and not my actual first and last name.

  Don’t know how you make a mistake when your being told how to make a sandwich, the girl with the tattoos needs to be fired this is was my 4th time having issues with her. She doesn’t listen and always has an ear bud in her ears. I told her I wanted pepper jack but she but cheddar when I asked for her to fix it all she did was give me attitude. And didn’t fix it, I swear she’s on something and if she can’t listen to a customer it’s damaging the business.

  Lilly was amazing, she had excellent customer service and was very patient when I couldn’t decide on what to order! She even gave me a few recommendations on the new menu! Very nice I would say she has been the nicest worker every time! Thank you!
