Even though they knew about the instructions they said oh we didn't read that until it was too late. The sandwich was brought to the house and it was found to be the wrong sandwich. The staff has plenty of excuses but doesn't want to help. When customer service is poor then you must worry about the cleanliness of the service in general

Now it's impossible to get a sub after 7pm, your sub is made wrong anyway even if you CAN get one, and they run such a skeleton crew you'll be in line forever. Upper management has no idea how to run a store. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
