  3/11/26: I ordered a takeout pizza with half pepperoni and half another. When I went to pick up the pizza, half of the pizza was missing the pepperoni. I pointed this out to the lady at the front, she appeals to the manager. Manager says he’ll put pepperoni on it and run it back through the oven. 15 mins later, the pizza looks overcooked. I pointed this out to the lady, she appeals to the manager, and the manager says he won’t give me discount. He then tells me it was charged as a half cheese, so I’m already getting a discount. I said no problem if that’s the case. He then says I’m already getting an additional discount because half of a specialty pizza. I said if that’s is the case, no problem. The tone and anger in the voice of the manager however was disrespectful. I understand people make mistakes, but I do not appreciate the poor manner in which I was treated. The pizza is overcooked. Not returning to this location again.

  Long time Papa John's fan and it is normally one of my family's favorites but we were severely disappointed in our experience today. Overall my review would normally be 3.5 stars for this location so instead of giving this a single star which would reflect today's experience I'm giving it two. We ordered at 2 o'clock in the afternoon today and our pizza was VERY doughy… I cannot imagine a valid excuse for this at a period of time during the day where they are probably getting very few orders? Obviously there are either some problems with their oven and temperature settings or even despite it being a slow time of day maybe the workers may have decided to do the old reach in and grab our pizza early from the oven? I don't know but whatever the reason it can't be a good one when I am paying almost $80 for four pizzas… Could have been a really good experience if the pizzas were just cooked for a few minutes longer.

  Obviously wouldn’t come here, especially for pick up. The ignorance… but oh well. Lesson learned shoulda checked here first!😂

  There are SO many people looking for jobs. Why this location hired the workers they did is beyond me. My husband told them THREE times what our order name was under. They STILL got it wrong. I then called to let them know and I couldn't understand a word the guy was saying. Slurred his words, was very disrespectful over the phone too and acted like he didn't even know what I was saying. Please fire workers like this and hire those who actually want to work. (01/27/26)
