Just tried my chocolate brownie blizzard and it was incredibly sour. The line was so long that I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes to get a new one, so I just had to throw it away on my way out. Pretty disappointed.

We have so few options in Eagle Mountain and I've given this location a few chances but each time they've been so slow and this last time I ordered online to hopefully skip the line, but they forgot our drinks and everything was overcooked and gross.

So, I can't explain how good this was. Aaron and Jackson were really nice and when they served me my ice creams, I could tell they handled it really nicely and made sure that the customers were first. They were really nice and compliant for anything I asked. Their customer service was ON POINT. For sure going back there again because of the really amazing employees and experience. 12/10šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

I was very blown away by the hard work that all of the employees showed today during free cone day. I could tell that they were exhausted by the end of the day (We were the second to last people they serve served) but they smiled and helped us with a joyful heart. I was also very grateful that they gave us free cones, even though they had already closed the line down since we had called before we came to make sure that we would be able to get them since it was a long drive. Also, I wanted to mention how nice Aaron was and even though he took a mental beating, turning everybody away at the end of the line, he was still kind and happy and helped us have a pleasant experience.

Hear me out here. I was ready to give this place a one star review like lots of others on here. Every time I went there they took like 30 minutes to make a darn ice cream. The staff all moved with lethargic apathy. There would be 6 customers all standing waiting for their order, and they would have 2 people at the counter, not taking any orders, just staring blankly ahead like cattle, while one sole person was in the kitchen making all the food alone, in a manner reminiscent of the sloth from zootopia. And I hate to be rude but all of the workers looked terribly unhealthy, to the point I was worried one might have a medical episode then and there. It was pathetic and I was ready to be done with them. But my pregnant wife had a craving for it so l relented and went back. I am so lucky I did. Because I found an entirely new staff, and they were fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, proactive, and they jumped around helping wherever it was needed. One even came out from behind the counter to talk in a second language to a customer who had questions about ice cream cakes. My order came promptly, and actually. I didn't catch the names of the individual that we're working in back. But the two out front, Hayden and Aaron were fantastic. I've since gone back a few times and those two were there each time and the level of service was equally as good. I was ready to give up on this place for good. And drop another one star review like the rest of you. But thanks to to a staffing turnaround with Hayden and Aaron, and whoever else is new back there, I find myself doing something I've never done before. Before. Giving a five-star review to a fast food restaurant. So props to them. If you haven't been recently, go give them another try. Because they're not the same as they used to be.
