I politely asked her for a towel to clean a table, and she responded rudely. She then sent Lisa, who is very kind and has a disability, to clean the table for me—100 points to her. Later, the manager came back and spoke very badly to Lisa. I believe she should learn how to treat employees, as her behavior was very abusive.
