  Went through the drive thru 20minutes ago. Ordered 2 Filet Fish, well I got buns in the package and not the fish! I can’t even make this up!!!

  I am an uber driver and this is the worst McDonalds when it comes to late night orders iv been here 3 times already and run into the same issue with the staff here understand the menu changes at 4am I arrived at 3:30 and there are plenty of other chains who still serve the order to me on top of that the staff decided to catch an attitude then laugh at me because I was asking how is it possible to turn people away so early long story short if you can’t learn to respect the People who pay for you to get paid don’t work in a customer service based company wasting peoples time then Laughing at them isn’t funny at all it’s straight disrespect best believe whoever was working Wednesday morning at drive threw around 3:30am it might be funny to you but let’s see what your manager and future customers do when they read this I’ll definitely be emailing corporate about this as well i usually don’t make an issue of things like this but since the staff think it’s funny I’ll go out of my way to prove a point

  Whoever was working March 26 2026 around 11:30 gave me the absolute worst food I have ever had. They should be investigated by the Utah health department for serving food that is wayyy past the okay time and temp to eat. McDonald's has a rep for being the same everywhere. Get that employee on board or out of there they are destroying your business. I got old fries that had to have been hours old with how stale and crunchy they were. Not crispy from being fried but crunchy from drying out for hours. And the chicken tender wraps I ordered I took one bite into food I knew wasn't warm enough to be safe. I couldn't even bring myself to take another bite. I spent 11 dollars to take a two bites of fries and a single bite of the wrap and throw it all away. The one star is for the sprite which was at least edible. Very dissatisfied. I almost turned around and demanded them remake my food but after you exit the parking lot there's no return as it's located just off a highway. Honestly as I write the next morning this my stomach is churning and if I get food poisoning today I'm going right to the county health department. That food was wretched and I rarely leave negative reviews so you know it's bad when I'm popping off on here. To the owner, you'd be better off hiring someone else, trust me. Or if that was you, and you are the owner, stop trying to save money by delivering an awful product. This is my official Poison Grace Opinions review of this McDonald's location.

  I kid you not, I had the best burger I have ever had at a McDonald’s by several orders of magnitude. I found myself in the area late at night, and decided to order the Big Arch (I had already had several at other locations). I requested it without onions and they suggested I substitute with some other kind of onion I don’t remember. Divine. Best McDonalds burger ever made. I don’t know how they did it but I was very impressed.

  Worst McDonald's I've EVER eaten at. Showed up earlier for a DoorDash order and the person taking the order had a terrible attitude. Came back for breakfast, which I ordered online. Pulled up to the window 15 minutes after ordering, and they didn't even have the system up so I had to tell them what I ordered. Waited another 10 minutes at the window, and was basically tossed my bag of food and had the window shut in my face before I could even say thank you. Wanted extra onions, didn't get them. Wanted extra breakfast sauce, same story. Breakfast burritos were COLD. How bad at your job can you be, to completely fail at making the ONE ORDER that was up? Seriously, if these people can't handle cooking at McDonald's, what job could they ever succeed at? It scares me to think that they drive cars. Imagine how many lives they put in danger on their way to work and fail at the poster child for easy jobs.
