  Ben and Beckham were super awesome! They really make their sandwiches with love. 10/10 would recommend. Will absolutely be coming again.

  I received the wrong order, but since my break was almost over, I decided to eat it anyway and didn’t have time to go back. Later, the manager personally called to apologize and even offered to drive to my workplace to bring me the correct order. I declined, so he gave me a full refund and offered a free order for next time. I’ve never had a manager handle a situation so professionally. Amazing customer service—definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location!

  I love the Crew at the Bangerter Parkway Jimmy John’s !!! Always Friendly, Helpful, and Courteous !!! They recognize their Customers and Serve with a Smile. Love Ben, Owen and Cloe, always treated so well !!! Jimmy John’s is my lunchtime go to because of these GREAT PEOPLE.. ❤️
