  I go here semi regularly and honestly wouldn't recommend it. The only reason I ever order food here is because McDonald's closes early and I get off work late sometimes. They used to be so much better here, back when they had that super enthusiastic dude working the drive through. For some reason they make burritos wrong here on a regular basis, forget items, don't fill the drinks all the way, serve cold food.. It's a mess. And for some reason it takes them forever to accomplish this. It'd be one thing if I had to wait but my food was prepared right and warm, but it almost never is. If it is warm, it's just barely above room temp. Your odds are better going to a different location, or a different chain of restaurant entirely. Whoever is hiring and training people here, is doing a bad job.

  This was honestly laughable. How can anyone serve this? 😂 I didn’t have high expectations with it being Taco Bell, but COME ON! lol this was the beefy 5 layer burrito I received, which only had beans and cheese and was 80% tortilla. And this was the Crunchwrap supreme I received, which only had sour cream, lettuce, and tomato. How do you mess these simple things up THAT bad?! It really made me laugh. It almost seems like it’s on purpose because idk how anyone can mess it up that much. Also didn’t put any sauces in that I ordered and service was super slow.

  STOP WORRYING ABOUT. SPEED OF SERVICE !!! START WORRYING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND YOUR SPEED WILL PICK UP !!!! I SPEAK FROM EXP. I USED TO RUN A EFFICIENT AND SUCCESSFUL TACO BELL Ok so if you’ve ever eaten at Taco Bell you know exactly what you’re getting. It’s been the same since day one…. But my husband has rarely been here and we saw a commercial kinda late on New Year’s Day and jumped in the car and ran to this location. We pulled up to the order board and instantly the guy came on the speaker and was so rude rushing us I tried to ask a question and he snapped. Yes we have that. So you want it??? Then I said I don’t see it on your mile long menu board l, he said It’s there, do you want it? What can I get you? I was nervous to be rude thinking he would do something to my food. !!! So I ended up getting something I didn’t really like and then didn’t get something I really wanted…. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT APPROXIMATELY 8pm NEW YEARS DAY!!!! Not so sure we’ll ever go back !!! Also ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch easy meat…. Lmao. That didn’t mean no meat!!!!! And we paid a lot for such a horrible experience !!!

  I went through the drive through at around 11:45 and they guy who took my kept tellinge i was trying to order fries when I very clearly told him multiple times I wanted nachos... I don't know if he was just confused or stupid. When I did get my food my nachos had barely any cheese at all it was basically only chips, as soon as I opened the container I also realized the long dark hair that was laying on top. Absolutely disgusting, I had noticed that the guy at the window had long hair that was not tied back but had wrongfully assumed that there was someone else making the food... Overall not a good experience and I'm very very disappointed!
