  STOP WORRYING ABOUT. SPEED OF SERVICE !!! START WORRYING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND YOUR SPEED WILL PICK UP !!!! I SPEAK FROM EXP. I USED TO RUN A EFFICIENT AND SUCCESSFUL TACO BELL Ok so if you’ve ever eaten at Taco Bell you know exactly what you’re getting. It’s been the same since day one…. But my husband has rarely been here and we saw a commercial kinda late on New Year’s Day and jumped in the car and ran to this location. We pulled up to the order board and instantly the guy came on the speaker and was so rude rushing us I tried to ask a question and he snapped. Yes we have that. So you want it??? Then I said I don’t see it on your mile long menu board l, he said It’s there, do you want it? What can I get you? I was nervous to be rude thinking he would do something to my food. !!! So I ended up getting something I didn’t really like and then didn’t get something I really wanted…. VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT APPROXIMATELY 8pm NEW YEARS DAY!!!! Not so sure we’ll ever go back !!! Also ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch easy meat…. Lmao. That didn’t mean no meat!!!!! And we paid a lot for such a horrible experience !!!

  I went through the drive through at around 11:45 and they guy who took my kept tellinge i was trying to order fries when I very clearly told him multiple times I wanted nachos... I don't know if he was just confused or stupid. When I did get my food my nachos had barely any cheese at all it was basically only chips, as soon as I opened the container I also realized the long dark hair that was laying on top. Absolutely disgusting, I had noticed that the guy at the window had long hair that was not tied back but had wrongfully assumed that there was someone else making the food... Overall not a good experience and I'm very very disappointed!

  came to taco bell today, had a friend who placed a mobile order and i was just going to order. the guy on the speaker was EXTREMELY disrespectful and UTTERLY rude. he cuts me off and says “that’s not possible” “we only ever do one order ever” and proceeded to tell me i could place an order on the app. i told him i’ll just come in and order. he then says “you have quite large vehicles in front of you so just place an order through the app” i told him i didn’t have the app. he then snarkily says “so never checking in with our app … okay” i let him know it was my friends order he rudely says “okay so then what’s the name?” absolutely the WORST customer service i’ve ever received at this location and i truly hope he fixes his attitude or i will be speaking to a manager next time. DO BETTER!!

  We got influenced by people on TikTok trying new menu items, and wanted to try it out! They have three ordering screens in the front, it’s really easy to create your order, customize any option, take off something, add something on, etc. The store was clean and well maintained. The food tasted great, and good temperature. I ordered a quesarito, but I took off rice, added potatoes and fiesta strips, it was great! I tried the new steak dipping burritos in garlic sauce and everyone loved those. My son got the steak nacho fries, he just wished the size had been bigger, but it tasted great. Everyone loves their nacho fries, and cinnamon swirls, and the new cookie drink was fun to try.
