First time and have been dying to try. Incredible service Nick was quick to greet us when we came in and helped us decide on which options to pick , food is so fresh and comes out fast, their flour is sourced from Italy. They give you water and bread which gives it that table service with fast service. Nick also checked in throughout our visit which was so nice. Very happy for sure a new favorite and will be coming back!

That was a good experience. A little bit overpriced but it’s fine. Good food, fast and friendly service. In my humble opinion, they were over staffed, I counted more than 12 employees for just a few costumers. But it’s not a complaint, just a detail from someone who has a restaurant as well. The ambiance doesn’t match with the food style, it looks like an American restaurant with real Italian food, the seats are not comfortable. But like I said, the food was GREAT. Everybody was friendly and kind, the manager came to our table talked with us and she was very nice and polite.

Clean dining area, great staff and delicious food. Several people ordered pizza so the wait time was unfortunately pretty long and some people finished eating before we got all the food out but the food overall was great. Shout out to Zach and Anna helping out our large party. I was impressed with a margherita pizza, I wish my crust was a little more airy and had a bit more char on the edge but for this size, quality, and price I don't think you can find a better pizza. I'm shocked the margherita pizza was only $10 to get that kind of a pizza anywhere else You're paying at least $15. They also let me buy a bag of Caputo flour so they definitely get a five-star. As someone who runs a small business selling Neapolitan style pizza, the only thing that would make my experience better at Basta is if they let me come back to try throwing a pizza and fire it in their oven.

This place was really unique in terms of format. You first order in the line and then they sit your table. We came in with a larger group as we’re visiting and they were able to accommodate by the time we got to the front. When we got to the front we ordered and that was fine our cashier was really nice! Complimentary bread service is offered and it comes with olive oil and a delicious balsamic. When the food arrived everything was delicious! The pasta was nicely al dente, the salad wasn’t too saucy, my only gripe is I ordered bucatini and added chicken and the chicken came on the side and I had to cut it up myself (not a huge deal I just didn’t expect it to come on the side). It was fairly busy since it was Friday night and it was great to see everyone enjoying their food :) We were under the impression pizza was not available, but we saw another party with a pizza. I’m not sure if maybe we just misunderstood or if we were misinformed but regardless we were happy with the food. I think if we came on a slower night, it would have been better since it was our first time and we were overstimulated plus us having a larger party we could tell it overwhelmed the staff a bit. Everyone was very kind, especially Andi our server. It was an overall good experience, it was just a little crowded and I didn’t expect the protein add in to come on the side is all. I would come back if I’m in town :)
