  I don’t give one-star reviews lightly. In fact, I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill was disappointing across the board. I know my reviews can come across as holding a high standard, but I don’t think expecting decent service, consistent food, and a basic level of professionalism especially from a national franchise is asking too much. In a world full of participation trophies, there are still customers who value quality and accountability. I arrived around 10:50 AM to order food for just two people ahead of an 11:30 lunch meeting. Despite multiple employees clearly seeing me, I stood there for over 10 minutes without anyone stepping up to help. It felt like I was being intentionally ignored. When I was finally acknowledged, communication was a challenge. The staff appeared confused by standard menu items listed on Chipotle’s own website, and there was a noticeable disconnect in understanding the order. I even switched to Spanish to try and help move things along, which seemed to catch them off guard but didn’t resolve the confusion. On top of that, the pricing didn’t match what’s advertised, and I was being charged more than expected. The overall experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it, it was underwhelming, and we ended up throwing a good portion of it away. There are plenty of other dining options in the area that provide a much better experience. I genuinely want businesses to succeed, but that requires consistency, service, and respect for the customer, none of which I experienced here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  Spanish lady in the front to lazy to make meat options that they are out of. So they don’t have to remake more of that meat. They say there’s no more of your option and leave you with what they have. They only had pork I don’t eat pork. April 6 2026. 4:00 pm.

  Of all the Chipotle’s I have ever been to this one by far has the smallest servings I have ever seen. As a franchise location you would expect everything to be standardized.

  my girlfriend and i frequently order from this chipotle as it’s the closest to us, so i suppose it’s on us for continuing to comeback. our order is messed up or missing something that we paid for 9/10 times. today they leftout my guac that was on the receipt and there were hairs in our cilantro lime sauce. the staff does not care about customer experience at all. DO NOT COME HERE.
