- DDDECEPTIONAug 26, 20241.0Came in a few months ago for the first time and was refused service and was told that the store was closed even though there were other customers being served and the store wasn't set to close for another two hours. I came in again today in the morning to give this place a another chance with my wife and when we gave our order selections which were two footlong sandwiches on flat bread and the employee put all of the meat and cheese in the middle of the bread and rolled it like a wrap. Still was charged for a footlong even though the sandwich was only 6". I won't come back to subway again.

Employees stare at you from inside and act like they don’t notice you. When it is open, customer service never has been the best. Overall awful management and poor customer service.
