  Service was terrible. They charge extra for sauces, and act extremely put out having to take orders in the drive through. They are extremely rude to customers.

  I walked inside to order and waited over five minutes before anyone even came to the counter. It was around 8 PM, there was no one in the drive-through, and several employees were just standing around talking. The entire time, we could clearly hear a woman at the drive-through complaining and speaking negatively about other employees. That kind of environment is uncomfortable for both customers and staff. I understand it’s fast food, but the customer service here was some of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.

  Food was good, we went at a good time, we had to wait about 10 minutes or so but it was fresh and hot and everyone got what they ordered.

  i'm used to pretty crappy fast food, but this was beyond belief. i ordered a parmesan caesar salad, with classic chicken instead of grilled. i received the coldest, 45-minute old piece of chicken on top of my salad that i have ever had the misfortune of tasting. it wasn't even cut! i also stood in the lobby for about 5 minutes before any of the staff even asked me to hold; they would see me and walk away, to the back or over to the drive through where you can't see them.
