  I went here to see if I could get my son a specific happy meal toy that he wanted. I asked a lady working if I could possibly exchange one of the toys for the one that he wanted. A larger lady with blue hair who reeked of cigarette smoke cut me off and very bluntly said “We dont do that.” I’ve been to multiple other locations where they will exchange the toys and theyre much friendlier about it. I will NOT be returning to this location. Do better. I understand if she was having a bad day but I’ve worked customer service and it is not that hard to give friendly service.

  I attempted to use my 20% discount code at the drive-thru, but it was not applied to my order. The employee assisting me sounded rude and seemed frustrated, which made the experience uncomfortable. At the end of the order, she asked if I wanted to use a code, but I didn’t clearly hear her and just said “yes.” When I got to the window and asked if the discount was applied, she said no and blamed my response instead of helping resolve the issue. I also explained that she had already asked me about the code earlier before taking my order, but she still did not handle the situation professionally. There was a clear lack of communication and customer service. Instead of trying to help, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Food was fine, but the drive-thru service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

  The big arch was bad it didnt taste like it should and I could see why the ceo was hesitant to eat it it was very disgusting

  Ordered through door dash one night got a few meals with a couple drinks and apparently the workers or worker who was at the window slammed the window on the door dashers face and told them they weren’t gonna make or provide any sorta compensation the 2 frappes me and a friend had bought afyer he asked how long it’d take and why, I’m sorry but if this is how you treat the people who wanna order food from your store maybe y’all shouldn’t work there🤷🏻‍♂️ yk?
