- SSSNov 8, 20251.0After my experience today, I see why the parent company of Pizza Hut, Yum! Brands is trying to ditch the company. When we arrived at the store, we sat and waited for several minutes without a single employee acknowledging us, or the two other people waiting. When someone finally came up front, they talked to one person, didn't make eye contact with either us or the other other personal waiting and left. I waited a minute or two more and just left; I am sure glad I hadn't paid for my order. The number one rule of any restaurant should be getting hot food out ASAP, and greeting customers. I will not be returning back to Pizza Hut. May the odds be ever in your favor staying in business.
