  This McDonald’s deserves a lot of credit. They have consistently provided me warm, friendly efficient Service for a long time running. They have restored my confidence that places can still offer Excellent customer service where people are not only friendly but committed to delivering a wow experience.

  Super expensive now, which means the quality should reflect the price. It does not. Ordered a number 4 and my chicken is burned, no tomato, no mayo, no nothing but a dry sandwich. The workers don't ask the right questions to ensure the meal(the customer expects) meets requirements. For this price, we can go sit in a restaurant and eat fresher food. I was blown away at the cost, especially considering the food is crap.

  I don't often write reviews for people. However, tonight was exceptional because of one individual. There was an older gentleman working the dining room. He was kind, he was friendly. He asked me what I needed. As I was getting up from the table he came and took the tray of my stuff. Both my son and I were very impressed with his kind nature and friendly demeanor. So today, McDonald's gets 5 out of 5 stars.Thank you. We really loved our visit. He was exceptional☺️! I will be coming here again and again.

  I ordered iff the Monopoly menu october 30th, i drove away and lookednin th bag and the wrappers didn't have any monopoly pieces. So I thought maybe they ran out and I can get digital pieces so Icalled to ask. A girl answered the phone, i asked her about it, and she said, oh that ended.I said the game ended,They're still advertising it? She said, yeah, we were told that's over it's done.I said, well, it's still on your menu sign.That's why I ordered from the monopoly menu and she said, oh, it just takes the company a long time to take it down. I googled and checked around the promotion. Monopoly actually went through November 4th, so she lied for whatever reason. She kept insisting that it was over. I'm wondering if they just took the rest of the wrappers because they wanted the game pieces and were scamming people selling them, then taking the pieces, because why is she lying about it? Either she just didn't want to be bothered and was ignorant and lied or they were stealing the pieces themselves.I don't know which either way really bad customer service.

  Typically the food is good of course but the new manager they have on night shift is a complete disaster and doesn’t know how to run a team they ask him for help and he doesn’t even know what he’s doing and comes up with a oh the GM needs to do this and then says there in no GM I’ve seen regular workers fix those things not even managers and it’s about a code and a refund I had to pay 20 extra dollars more and bro said I couldn’t get a refund bc he needed a GM straight stole my money 😭and also let’s not forget they are running low on sauce so we were only given one sauce for a 30 piece nugget what kind of service is that all done by the manager! who hired this guy? and why is he manager ? He is a complete disaster running that kitchen and not to mention it took 30 mins just to get through 3 cars unacceptable if this was my store I owned I would’ve fired this employee immediately and he had the audacity to lie to me when I called and asked about it 😂 truly horrible never had problems until this manager started here and this McDonald’s run perfectly fine when he’s not there I’ve had big orders for families at night and have gone through a line with more people way faster this manager is garbage and should be replaced asap!!!!!
