  Sunday, there's only one employee and several customers, no one was acknowledged including myself. There was a couple of standing at the register for probably 10 minutes without any acknowledgment and they just ended up walking out. There was another customer that had been waiting a very long time as well and he just asked for a refund and walked out. From the one employee that was working there was no customer service or sense of urgency. I don't know who owns or manages this location but if they want to stay open they should think about restaffing and maybe getting more staff. And the bathroom was disgusting. In reality the store is losing money because of the lack of staff and professionalism and customer service. I will never come back to this location. Do better Jamba Juice in Clinton.

  One person working on a Sunday which is fine and no knock to poor Billie Jo working all by herself. The lobby was full with walk in customers and door dashers. I want to say that door dashing ruined my experience as a walk in customer because I have to wait behind three door dashers before you even start working on walk in customers.

  Music was at the highest volume. the girl taking my order wouldn’t hear me. What a joke, i’ll never be back here again.

  Love this Jamba Juice! Nov 29th I went in to get my morning smoothie and the worker recognized me from the day before and had my mobile order ready when I walked in and wished me a good day by name. Made me feel good and remembered. I forgot to ask his name but very good customer service!
