- KKK-Mayan4 days ago5.03/12/26 @9:30am I have always had amazing experiences at all Dutch Bros however, this specific location had a very snooty very rude individual girl to my son and I, that made it so I refused to go back. But today I was driving by and definitely needed my sugar-free iced kicker, So I decided to stop and give it another try. And WOW!! Jalen, you my dear are a breath of fresh air! Your warm greeting, smile, and personality was exactly what this woman needed today!! People think “it’s just a quick coffee stop” but you never know what someone is going through and facing in their personal lives and a few minutes of positive interaction we had today made a world of difference to me today!!! I appreciate you asking me how my day was going! Thank you for your smile and making my morning!! Stop by, And get your coffee and a smile today and say hello to Jaylen!!!
- PTPaityn TidwellMar 7, 20262.0Normally this location is great and I don’t have any problems, today around 11 I went to pick up a drink before I had to work an I usually order the same drink, picture perfect, extra sweet, with sugar sprinkles. I get the extra sweet because I don’t love the taste of coffee and they’ve always made my drink perfectly but when I went to go drink it today it tasted like someone just put frothed milk, coffee, and ice together, very bitter and personally I couldn’t drink it, they were in a bit of a rush so I politely asked if the could remake it because it was very bitter, the guy at the counter was very kind and had it remade for me but it still tasted the same. I’m not sure if it was just someone new working and I can understand, it was just very disappointing to order my drink and be excited about it just for it to not be drinkable

I can only count 2 times that I've been given the right order because of how you've done the drive thru. 2 lines and expecting customers to know who ordered first is brave to say the least. I can't even imagine how frustrating that is for customers and the employees having to apologize constantly.

What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
