Last time, I got a lemonade and ended up getting a rebel.. I don’t drink energy drinks. It’s just getting annoying, hopefully this isn’t happening to anyone else!

Usually my husband enjoys it enough to finish it but today he threw it straight into the trash after one sip, said it tastes like toilet water. This will no longer be our go to, hopefully the other locations can live up to their expectations because this one has gone downhill.

There was a bit of a line (which is fine, I had nothing else to do today) but I never saw someone taking orders, maybe they were behind cars, but I got close to the window and that’s when someone took my order. Got to the window, and was treated like I was a burden to them: rolling their eyes, a straw shoved in my window, and drink shoved in my window too. I get it, I didn’t order until I was close to the window, I threw off their groove, I’m the bad guy in this situation. However… I was still treated like that. I’ll keep going here, but please tell staff that no one is a bother no matter how many cars are in line…

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
