  All too often, you will walk into a storefront like this establishment and see employees doing nothing. Never at this dominoes, have I ever seen someone doing nothing. These employees work hard! It’s hard to watch fellow customers walk in and get mad for having to wait longer for food. Seeing these employees maintaining composure with a smile is great to see! The delivery drivers are rockstars here! One driver came in with a good attitude and helped two customers, grabbed his stack of pizzas and ran off! I had to wait about seven extra minutes for my pizza, but it was totally worth it. I will be back again!

  This is not the first time I’ve had a wrongly made pizza at this place. I originally had ordered 3 pizzas and a cheesy bread. The cheesy bread was correct and one of the pizzas was correct. The other two pizzas were the incorrect sizes, wrong crusts and had no toppings. I was given two free pizzas for the inconvenience and I thought that was the end of it. I redeemed the free pizzas a few days later and I ordered them over the phone and had them read back to me the ingredients, toppings, crusts, EVERYTHING and he read them back to me correctly. I made it a carry-out order this time and one of the free makeup pizzas was incorrect! That’s insane for a pizza place, especially when it was read back to me correctly. When I called about getting ANOTHER messed up order, I was told, “I’m not giving you another free pizza”, “it’s not our fault” and “there’s nothing I can do.” That is extremely unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. I wasn’t trying to get free pizza, I was just trying to get the original pizza I ordered in the first place a few days prior. I NEVER got the correct pizza. Even though this Domino’s is the closest to us, I will be using any other Domino’s from now on for my pizza needs and will NEVER be back.

  I was in the building 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. at the time I was the only customer in the building. The staff was playing around pounding on the restroom door. They dropped my one of my Pizzas so expected me to wait longer. If they was focused on the customer instead of playing it might have been a better experience. I cancelled my order and reordered from the Syracuse Dominos because my son had his heart set on Dominos. At the Syracuse Store I had a completely different experience. Clinton be more like the Syracuse Dominos they know how to treat customers.

  They took forever to deliver my pizza. Waited over an hour. I called to find out what was taking so long. App said they were on the way which wasnt true. They were remaking my pizza for whatever reason. I called to cancel. The only good thing was that the Manager was polite and gave me my refund. Refunds take 5-7 business days. So I’ll have to wait forever again. If you want your pizza in a timely manner look elsewhere. I can confirm all the negative reviews due to delivery time taking forever are indeed true.

  Warning: “Tracker” is worthless and wait times are completely inaccurate. I ordered from here because it said delivery would be 30-40 minutes. Ordered at 5:37, the tracker said it was out of the oven at 5:54, and the delivery driver left at 6:07. I called at 6:35 wondering where it was. The girl said she really didn’t know. I got a vague “I don’t think he left that long ago.” I called again 6:50 and they said they had to remake everything because they didn’t know where my pizzas went. He said they are really busy and I totally understand that. But they need to give accurate times. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew that it was going to take over an hour and a half to get dinner. I only ordered delivery because I’m exhausted after a long day. Pizza arrived at 7:05. Almost exactly 1:30 after I ordered. Though I will say that drivers still deserve to be tipped because it’s not their fault. ✌️
