When I pointed it out this time (added chicken instead of steak) the two employees just giggled amongst themselves and then kept making it. Employees also throwing food at each other while making my food. I get that they hire teens/young adults but the lack of management at this one shows

However, when I arrived, I was informed that I needed to go inside to collect it. Consequently, I’ve decided to exclusively visit the Riverdale location from now on. Wasn’t thrilled with the service and the app even said to go to the drive through window. When I drove around and went inside I was told it was their policy. 🤷♂️
