- RDRobert DeusNov 15, 20252.0I only gave this place a two star because Baskin Robbins used to be great & reasonably priced back then, but recently a triple scoop ice cream & a soda will cost you $10.80 or a bit more & I think charging too much money for ice cream is 'cold hearted' because getting ice cream from Baskin Robbins used to feel like a fun & tasty experience to keep my mind off of my problems not break my bank account. I would give this place five stars only if they charge fairer ice cream prices because I don't know how a triple scoop should go up in price well beyond the official inflation rate of the United States because Baskin Robbins is good ice cream, but I don't feel like they need to price gouge Clearfield residents this much money for their ice cream because people can't save a lot of money to eat out that much in Clearfield because the Clearfield cost of living is getting too high & our wages struggle to keep up because it is stagnant. A triple scoop back in 2013 used to cost like five something bucks, but it costs like seven to eight bucks as of right now & they charge a small soda bottle for three bucks. I don't see how it make sense to financially abuse people by overcharging too much money for ice cream while it would be cheaper & better to get ice cream from the grocery store instead. I mean I don't normally eat grocery store ice cream because it's not fresh & I like ice cream from places like Baskin Robbins because it is fresh, but I think Baskin Robbins need to change their mind on price gouging their customers for ice cream especially in a Working Class neighborhood such as Clearfield because their aren't a ton of Middle Class people in Clearfield compared to Kaysville or something you know. That's what I think & I heard from the other reviews that your customer service is bad & that may not be my experience, but you need to keep your workers fully motivated & fully train them on how to do their job correctly just like a normal company should be doing just like back then.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
