  I normally love Taco Bell, but the food and delivery speed at this location are subpar. Head to Bountiful if you want to be happy with your food. Sorry Taco Bell centerville

  My experience tonight was very disappointing. I went later than usual around 11 pm. The service was very unprofessional, the worker was acting disrespectful and acted like he did not want us there. Although that interaction wasn’t great, the food was even worse. We got the correct food, but everything we got was made very poorly and sloppy which made it not appetizing to eat as the food was also not fresh at all. At least we got our baja blast

  Night shift is horrible... the first time I asked for a burrito with no beans, I got a bean burrito. 2nd time I went asked for my taco in the combo to be a soft shell and said it twice! Got a hard shell but checked my order before I left and they corrected it only to find out my whole order was refrigerated meat! It wasn't even hot! Daytime is great but night shift needs to be shut down!

  I ordered almost $27 of food and wasn’t given my receipt and tried to rob me of like $10. I ordered a large strawberry freeze and a medium drink and they didn’t give it to me until I reminded them about it and almost $10 worth together. I don’t have much money so it pissed me off. I also ordered two AVOCADO RANCH tacos and was given everything but the avocado ranch in both tacos. This isn’t the first time the employees there have messed up me and my friends’ orders. I can see why they gave everyone else their receipt but mine. They were being lazy and didn’t want me to see that they were and forgot about things in my order. I don’t want to come in anymore. This is my first review on anything. I don’t leave reviews especially bad ones but this experience plus my last bad experiences too were the last straw. And the absolute disrespect towards customers is absolutely insane. As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat a customer like this

  I’ve had several issues with this Taco Bell location, and today was the last straw. When I walked in, the employees in the kitchen had music blasting extremely loud—with profanity in the lyrics—and they didn’t turn it down or off even when customers came in. After I got my order, one of the tortillas was completely soggy. I brought it back and asked for a new one, and the worker took it to the kitchen. I then heard another employee complaining loudly that it was “fresh” and that there were “zero issues.” I even told them they were welcome to come look at it themselves, but the ones who were complaining ignored me completely. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with problems here. The staff is consistently unprofessional, the service is slow, and they’ve played music with profanity on multiple visits. Along with every visit the tables are filled with trash and food. Very disappointing experience every time I’ve given this place a chance.
