We placed a mobile order and gave them 20 minutes to prepair it, and waited out front to give them some extra time just in case (it was a full meal for two.) when we got to the speaker no one said anything (there was one car in the drive already at the window) and after a minute I just said "were here to pick up a mobile order" and he scoffed and said "name??" When we got to the window we were handed two regular mountain dews and when I said "sorry we ordered baja blast" the woman at the window said "bajas out" and handed us the two regular mountain dews, no apology, no asking if we could get something else, and then stared at us, unblinking. After twenty seconds of awkward on and off eye contact, she closed the window and left. When we got our food I was overjoyed to see that they didn't even fill the fries all the way. From the employees talking about the ant issue during the summer directly in ear shot of customers, to the rude attitude I often visit this store it has everything. I often visit after an 8 hour shift at my customer service job, and if any of us acted this way we would be FIRED.

Worker gave us the wrong drink order, (gave us slushies instead of sodas) and was rude about it when we asked for our sodas instead. Cheesy Gordita crunch barely had any meat, cheese, and lettuce. This location used to have great employees and the food/quality was good. Not sure what happened over the past year..

I was honestly baffled by the sheer disrespect and disregard for customer service. Not only were the employees rude, but down right insulting. I have never met more Unfriendly people in one establishment in my life. How they work for a place that involves customer service is beyond me. Do better Taco Bell, hire decent human beings. If zero was a rating, this place would be the definition.

Literally the worst food and experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I cane around 10:30 trying to order a bean and cheese burrito ( so simple) and they kept cutting me off and you could tell didn’t listen . My burrito I swear to God was mostly onions. I didn’t taste the beans or cheese like I asked and ya the most thin pathetic burrito and they asked me what sauces just fur them to not put any in my bag i literally had to back up in the drive through again and go back . Anyways im annoyed

I stopped by your on the evening of October 22nd at approximately 7:53 PM and placed an order through the drive-thru. I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. The employee assisting with the drive-thru order was polite and appeared to be doing her best despite challenging conditions. However, upon reaching the payment window, I noticed a sweet older lady who seemed quite distressed. When she opened the window, extremely loud heavy metal music featuring disturbing lyrics “Devil 666” was playing inside the restaurant. The volume was so high it was difficult for her to hear incoming orders, and it created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere for both customers and staff. Considering this location is situated right next to the freeway, there is already substantial background noise. Adding excessively loud music on top of that made the environment chaotic and unpleasant. From what I observed, a male employee in the kitchen area, wearing his hat backward, appeared to be responsible for the music. According to the receipt, the cashier listed was “Austin M.” While I respect everyone’s personal music preferences, the volume and choice of music in a workplace serving the public were completely inappropriate. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more professional and comfortable experience for both employees and customers in the future.
