  I somehow ordered my lunch to the wrong address by mistake. The staff went above and beyond by allowing me to come in after my shift to get a new sandwich and drink, even though they didn’t have to. I truly appreciated their kindness and understanding. Every time I visit this location, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you so much for the great service!

  I love this JJ’s. It’s one of the few where you can feel welcome. The staff members are sweethearts, the food is immaculate, and it’s always so clean.

  I ordered a turkey tom today and there was hardly any turkey. I ordered a giant size and there were maybe 4 slides total of turkey in the whole thing. It’s ridiculous. And they asked if I wanted cheese and then charged me extra. If a manager wants to contact me, I’ll consider adjusting my review. I will never go there again.

  Visited for dinner at around 5pm. The restaurant was spotlessly clean! My sandwich was prepared PERFECTLY! Wow, great place to relax and enjoy my sandwich. I even purchased some bread to enjoy this evening. Great Jimmy John's experience!!!
