  This was my first time at the Centerville Dutch Bros and Wyatt made it an incredible experience! He truly embodies 'The Dutch Way'—he was patient ane helped me decide on a drink (also incredible!) and brought super high energy vibe that makes this place famous! Because of his awesome service and genuine vibe, I’ll definitely be coming back on the regular. Thanks, Wyatt!

  Is the whole straw theory true? Cuz that’s just plain rude. The drink was alright. Not sure why but it bugs me so much when they come up to your car to take the order, and there is no line. It just pressures me to get my order faster while I’m still thinking about it. Also there was incident management truck that pulled up at the same time so it made me nervous

  The Centerville Dutch Bros is my favorite! I work graves at the hospital so the late hours are so convenient. The staff there are the best! They're all so friendly and go out of their way to write little affirmations on my drinks! A big shout out to my favorite baristas Mimi, Wyatt, and Luke! Love you guys! The drinks are liquid happiness and I've never had one I don't like.

  I was here on Monday morning 2/23- I’m in the service industry and not normally one to complain but the man who gave me my order (Asian man, long hair in a braid) argued with me about my drink being wrong. I order the Same thing every day back home in Idaho and they make it the same way at all the stores there and he argued with me about it being right even though I KNOW it wasn’t. He said he’d remake it but it would look the exact same. I finally just asked him to make me another recipe on the menu and he told me he’d have to charge me extra. I have NEVER heard of employees arguing with their customers about something so trivial that doesn’t cost them anything more to make it right. My Dutch bros would NEVER. Very disappointed this location doesn’t share the same values and customer service. Next time I’m in SLC I’ll be skipping this location for sure.

  OK. I want to start by saying I love me some Dutch Bros! I go through in the morning two or three times a week. I am super basic and order the exact same thing every time, large hot horchata chai with sugar-free syrups and nonfat milk plus a pup cup for my Service Dog. The morning crew is amazing! They are always super sweet, and I get to visit with them on the regular. I just want people to know that one really bad experience does not define a company. Thursday, February 5th, I left work at 3:30pm and went through the drive up; there were only three cars ahead of me. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that those three cars had massive orders because I was in line for 40 minutes, which is totally unlike them. Because I had an evening work meeting that would last until 7:00 p.m. I double fisted it and ordered two of my favorite drink. I was totally 20 minutes late for my meeting, which I will own; I'm an adult and should have anticipated, unexpected setbacks. But holy smokes! The drinks were BAD! They were watery with no flavor. I'm not 100% sure what happened, but it was not the normal Dutch Bros experience that I have. So I am writing this review just to say that if you have one bad experience, that is not how they generally operate. This is a great little coffee shop and the people are fantastic. It was one really horrible experience x2 drinks and a long wait. Did it stop me from going back on Friday, February 6th? No. I went through the drive up in the morning like I usually do around 6a.m., and they were on point yet again. So, if you have a bad experience, show some grace and know that this is generally a very solid business with a delicious product. Thanks for having the best pup cups for my Service Dog! Maybe in the afternoon from 3:35-4:15, there could be more on staff who are there general high quality baristas? The drinks were just really gross and the wait time was excessive. But hang in there, Dutch Bros! I believe in you and others should, too!
