- RERob EckelOct 15, 20252.0It's not worth coming to this location. The Bountiful and Farmington locations are much better, and worth the drive even if this one is closer. I assume it must be a management problem here, because they consistently provide poor service. If I order Chipotlane pickup, either the food isn't ready when promised, or they will completely ignore that I'm at the window for 5+ minutes while my food sits on a shelf getting cold. When I come inside to order, their line moves slow, and they're always running out of some ingredient that they then have to prep/cook. If I order on the app for inside pickup, the order ends up being placed in the Chipotlane area instead of the inside pickup shelves, so I have to flag someone down to get the bag for me. Just one problem after another, every visit. Such a bummer, the place looks nice and is in a convenient location, but the service falls short.

Perfect rice, good cut sizes, service was quick, helpful and friendly! Great job my friends! My experience tonight reminded me why I love Chipotle 🌶️ Also very accommodating to my wife’s many culinary demands 🤌 (she ordered everything on the side)
