- WWWasatchInterceptMar 6, 20261.0Service is always slow because they are so badly understaffed. My last trip was the worst, I'll be making the extra drive to Bountiful from now on. Employees were prioritizing prep work over customer service, and they probably needed to. The food on display was dried out and cross contaminated from one bin to another. Queso was particularly disgusting. Total was $12.18, so I handed the girl $20.20. She didn't understand what I was doing, so she just ignored my coins. I told her it would have been easier if she would have accepted the coins. That way she wouldn't have to give me any coins back, just bills. She said it would have been harder on the machine. Obviously she expects customers to drop plastic, and doesn't know how to count cash.

HEAPING scoops of chicken. Feels like I’m back in chipotle prime. The gentleman who served us was polite and attentive. My $10 chicken bowl was the heaviest I’ve felt in a long time. Also the chicken and rice were cooked perfectly. Can’t stand when I get crunchy rice. This was not that. My husband got a double chicken bowl and I was stunned by the absolute MOUNTIAN of chicken on his bowl. Will drive out of the way to come to this specific location in the future. 10/10
