  This location seems to struggle. When I came here today with the fam I asked for the strawberry hibiscus mixed with sprite and the lady taking our order was so confused and never heard of that even though that’s on their menu. I ordered a large Mac and got a small. She gave me the strawberry hibiscus and a sprite separate instead of mixing them. When my sister tried to redeem her nuggets she said it didn’t work for grilled nuggets only fried which is not accurate you can redeem the nuggets as fried or grilled I’ve done it several times. I think they need to do a little better training.

  Not only did I receive the wrong burrito with my breakfast order, but the eggs were ice cold when I bit into it. I ordered as soon as the store opened, and it is extremely disconcerting that the scrambled eggs would be that cold at that point in time. Extremely disappointed.

  Really disappointed with my order. Went through drive through. Ordered the new Jalapeno Ranch Sandwich Spicy and I ended up with Grilled and no Ranch Sauce inside. I go back in the restaurant to ask to get my Sandwich remade and the guy at the register turns to a female and male behind him and asks about the Sandwich and they have a dumbfounded look as their reaction and the girl says "we don't have Jalapeno Ranch." Im thinking did I just pay for a sandwich advertised and product not available? Then she says to him "oh here" and hands him packets of sauces like at this point I'm over the experience.

  Entrance is TERRIBLE!! It's a joke. Not enough signs telling where you have to go in order to get in line. I had to search HARD for it! I had to drive around the block, wait through TWO lights, flip a U-Turn and go back, wind through the parking lot where the 'road' getting there barely fits 1 car each way...??? What is going on? Relocate! Better signs. Figure SOMETHING out. - The people were sweet as all get out as always. - $$ - The price was WAY to high, as always. After dealing w getting TO the drive-thru, then being hit w a $25 bill for 8 nuggets & 2 shakes, I'm over Chick-Fil-A altogether. Ridiculous. Gave the 3*'s ONLY to give the employees credit.
