  i always come here and almost every time they get the order wrong i asked today for a happy meal and a water and for the burger they put mustard ketchup and onions and i asked for the hamburger extra mustard and extra pickles and like always they only put one slice of a pickle like what and tons of onions

  I just waited for over 35 minutes in the drive through (there were only 4 cars in front of us) Almost every single car took OVER 10 minutes. It’s fast food. We have waited longer for this meal than I have waited for some high quality restaurants. There were only 4 cars in front of us. Decided to go and try to walk in to see what was going on, leaving my girlfriend to drive the car in case the line moved when I was gone (it didn’t.) when I got to the door it was locked. That’s fine, we were there around 10pm so if the lobby is closed okay. But then I just saw some worker sitting on his phone doing literally nothing. I knocked on the window and when he looked up I pointed to the massive line of cars so big he could almost certainly see from inside and he just smirked and looked back at his phone, completely ignoring me. Pretty unreal. What happed to customer service man like really. Even McDonald’s has some standards, people. It’s never okay to make people wait that long. When get FINALLY got to the window, I asked what was the hold up and without any apology or anything at all, the worker said “idk. We had a lot of doordashes.” Like yeah bro no kidding you’re a restaurant. Also it is 10pm not the lunch rush so I don’t want to hear it. Honestly, even during the busiest lunch rush, even if they had to fill a bunch of massive catering orders, it would still not be an excuse to make people wait this long. Someone, ANYONE could have at least apologized for the wait or maybe offered a pie or drink or literally anything. But no. They treated us like scum. The food was cold. Fries were stale. They got our order right though. At least they got that.

  Been sitting in the drive thru for about 30 minutes now and just got past the speaker… there are 3 cars ahead of me… this happens most times I come to this McDonald’s, even if there is no rush. Just avoid this place

  The quality of the food was as expected. However, they forgot one of the sauces with my meal, and forgot the bacon on the bacon sandwich. When I asked for bacon, they handed me two cold strips on a sandwich meant for 3. They got the proportions of sauce right, and remembered the customizations. A bit expensive for what it was, and definitely dirty.

  This is the second review I have ever left in my life. After waiting in a parking spot for our food to come out after 15 minutes a woman not in McDonalds uniform comes out and smokes a cigarette for 5 minutes and heads back inside. Looking at each other we both say, “Hope that lady isn’t making our food!” 15 more minutes go by and I head inside just to make sure there isn’t any issues. Lo and behold guess who is bagging food! No gloves and doubt she washed her hands. After waiting another 15 minutes at the counter trying to get someone’s attention and attempting to cancel the order on the app after viewing the train wreck which then says I can’t because my food is already ready, I finally stop a different worker trying to avoid eye contact with me and turning around before I get a word out and ask for the food. She then grabs a bag that has been sitting in the back for the entire time I had been inside and probably longer since the food is cold and hands it to me after putting two straws in it. Cold food, fries dumped in, lobby smelling like cigarettes, and an hour later after we ordered on the app and about 7 door dashers who have came and went with their food… we threw our food away and went somewhere else. No thanks and never coming to this location again. Shame because not even a couple of months ago it was a nice establishment.
