  This location is just ok. Don't come here at lunchtime or dinner time. They can't keep up. My online order was over 20 min late and they had to remake it. They said someone may have taken it. Well that's not my fault and they should have given me a credit or free smoothie card or something.

  Ive been to this tropical smoothie multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. One time, I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. I had to wait 45 mins for my order. On top of that, EVERY time I go in, the service is absolutely awful. Everyone looks like they want to die. Not a single smile. Always an attitude. Every time I come in, comes off as an extreme inconvenience to them. Their demeanor every single time, is whats going to make me take my buisness to Jamba juice. Im over it.

  Okay I've been here almost everyday for like a couple of months. And this is the analysis I can make on how the quality is. Dakota makes the absolute best Flatbreads Second is Hanna Third is Hadley. Not that the others can't but I have only had like one or two from them and it's nothing in comparison. Hanna just barely made one on par with Dakota today which is why I gave her second where Hadley had that spot before today. Because no one has even come close to the bar Dakota has set! So ask for him! The smoothies are fantastic I go with Mango monsoon and it's fire! I haven't had a bad one from anyone. Service is fast as possible. Which I love. Atmosphere seems to be good most days that Dakota is there but lacks when there's too much management on hand for some reason. So I put mid. It just depends who's in at the moment.

  i went there tonight and it was an unsatisfactory experience. the man working there tonight with a neck tattoo was hostile and very rude to me while i was reading the menu. not to mention that he made my food very poorly. was hoping for a better experience! also he cut it wrong.
