  Roz is AMAZING! She is super friendly, and she makes GOOD sandwiches! She puts the dressings and vegetables all over the bread, instead of just in one spot. She offers everything! We would go back just to see her!

  this location is absolutely trash, nobody does their job and you sit waiting for so long just for someone to take your order if they ever even do at all. sometimes the lights are all on, the store is open and and there’s not a single person in sight and you just end up having to leave cause you end up waiting so long with no service. not only that but when they do by some rare chance take your order, the workers have terrible attitudes, are out of almost everything or will stand around talking and laughing and not even making your order. i’m not someone to write reviews for places but i’m getting really tired of the same issues happening every single time i come to this location and try to give it a chance, it’s ridiculous. to add to it, they don’t answer their phone at all which is extremely unprofessional. there has been 2 separate occasions, one of them being today that i’ve sat in the drive through for 20-30 minutes and then pulled up to the window to see if there was an issue with the intercom and there wasn’t a single person in sight so i tried calling the location to see what was going on and both times i could literally hear the phone ringing through the window and i let the call ring all the way through and nobody even tried to come check or answer the phone. i work in fast food and one of the first things i was taught is to always stop what you’re doing to go answer the phone and to never ignore/let the call ring through. if the people on shift aren’t going to do their job then why is this location even open?

  3 times I’ve been to this location and all 3 times I sat in the drive through waiting for someone to greet or take my order and no one ever did. Twice I just left when no one came after waiting for at least 5 minutes. The third time I went to the window to see one of the employees leaning against the window. She told me they were “busy doing orders” and forgot about the drive through. I would understand if this happened once but 3 times Ia disappointing.
