  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and the workers were rude when I asked why I was waiting for my order for 30 mins. Don't recommend, this one needs serious help.

  Wish I could rate the food properly but I never got mine, however, if it’s anything like the service—it’s probably trash. Placed a curbside pickup order for 10:15 pm (only a value meal and a McFlurry). After waiting 35 minutes and them fraudulently listing my order as complete when no one brought it out, we went to the drive thru to see what was going on. They said they were understaffed and to get out of the drive thru because the best way to get our food was in-person because they didn’t have enough people working to deliver our food to us. My boyfriend went in assuming the order would be sitting there on the counter but it still wasn’t there. Alarms were going off all over the place, workers looked like deer in headlights ignoring customers. After 45 minutes, I had to go in as well because I have never had to wait 45 minutes for fast food like that. Workers were completely unprofessional with zero training in customer service. When I was able to get ahold of someone finally, they stated their system wasn’t working properly and tried to walk away with no further explanation or assistance. When asked why they continue to take more orders when they know their system is not working and they are not able to fulfill orders that have already been placed almost an hour ago, the worker lied and stated the drive thru orders they had been taking were “mobile orders”. Which was complete bullshit because we ordered via mobile and never got our order and when we went to the drive thru to pick it up, we were encouraged to get out of the drive thru. After she was caught in a lie, she walked away without helping us obtain our order. It was clear she had no idea what she was doing or what she was talking about. Don’t go here unless you want pay for an order you never receive and waste your time. The entire staff should be scrapped or store should be closed. Never seen anything like it.

  I wouldn’t recommend this location and recommend going to the 200 North location instead. This location is a McDonald’s that I’ve never been to, but I went to the 200 North location a lot. At this location, I placed a mobile order and I found out they forgot my Large French Fries. I called the store 3 times, but they wouldn’t answer. I had to go back to the location and go through the drive thru just to get my Fries. The food was good, but the 1 star is for forgetting items and not answering calls when a customer complains.

  This new McDonald's has gotten my order wrong every single time. Don't order the double bigmac. Don't order a double quarter pounder with bacon. Definitely don't try to customize your order with no onions. Buyer beware!! For what they are charging now the least they could do is get the order right. The place is a dump. The fries are always cold. Big Ole BIG OLE hair in my burger. Just nasty.
