The French fries were cold and mushy, hamburgers were cold and the salad was wilted with old chicken on top. I really love going to Wendy's so this experience was sad. I went during lunch and I am pretty sure they spent the morning just cooking and storing the French frys and meat, putting it together in a rush when guest ordered. The food came out so quick (and yucky) that this is the only explanation. I hope whomever is managing this place learns how to make fresh hot food fast and keep sald from wilting before serving.

I paid almost $30 for two sandwiches and two medium drinks.. THIRTY DOLLARS.. and when I had the nerve to ask for a single packet of honey mustard, they said they'd have to charge me for it. Seriously, Wendy's? I didn't pay enough? Did your staff think that I asked for 20 packets? And this is the only location that has ever done that to me. Never again, Wendy's. You just lost a customer.
