- MMMuskanFeb 14, 20261.0I recently visited Subway and was served by Caleb. During the preparation of my order, I clearly asked him to spread the vegetables properly. My request was ignored. The same thing happened while adding the sauce. Despite giving specific instructions, there was no effort to adjust or acknowledge what I was saying. As a paying customer, I expect basic attention and respect. Listening to simple preparation requests is not optional, it is part of proper customer service. The lack of responsiveness and care in handling my order was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope Subway takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service standards moving forward.

The employee with the earring acts like they're giving it away for free, putting tiny amounts inside each piece of bread. If you're not giving it away for free, fill the bread with the filling, for goodness sake! This is completely unethical.
