The wait time after ordering is definitely not faster than placing an order at the counter, however the time spent in and out of the store is usually what matters. Tonight was a bit disappointing. Our order was delayed and wasn’t ready for an additional 25 minutes after the initial specified time. Usually this location does much better.

The first being that every time I’ve gone through the drive through, I get no response whatsoever and I either end up leaving after waiting 10 minutes or I go inside. The second being they canceled my online order but wouldn’t tell me why. The third is their door is busted or something. When you open the door, if you let go it swings back with an abnormal amount of force. It hit my daughter in the head and made her bleed. Luckily no stitches were needed or I’d be filing a lawsuit. I don’t care how good or bad their food is. The service is terrible and their lack of repairs is dangerous. I will not be returning to this subway.
