    The worst subway. I have tried to go about 5 times within the last couple months and each time I had not been attended to at all in the drive through. Not even to be told to wait and welcomed. Nothing. So I sit there for 10 mins still with nothing and end up leaving and will pass the window with someone just sitting in there on their phone or a group of workers who just decided to ignore me…?? Never again. Learned my lesson.

    I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review but this guy was disrespectful. So when I was going  through the dive thru and have in mind I have my 1yr old in the car. I hear something on the intercom and ask him politely " hello, say that again I couldn't hear you" and I repeated my self 3 time. In my mind I'm guessing that they are having issues with the intercom, I get it, so I drove to the window and I can see he was helping someone (he only had 1 customer at this time), so I waited. After a little I look up and there was no one there, so I drive around and here I am taking out my 1yr old and I go in. I waited and when he came out, I asked him "Is your intercom not working? I been waiting for a while and I even waited by the window".  He tells me " I told you to wait i was helping other customers inside." As he walked away to the back room continuing bringing racks of bread. Once he was done, he finally decided to help me.. When i told him I wanted a tuna sandwich he mumbled something and I said "excuse me, what did you say." He walked away to the back room again and didn't say nothing. When he came back he had a container of tuna. At this point I was frustrated so I purposely ordered my order quietly so he can feel how it feels when you can't understand what the other person is saying. He got one of the ingredients wrong, I told him I didn't want that. He told me " well I can't hear you and I'm just here guessing what you are telling me." He picks out the olives and throws it back in the container and serves me my sandwich like that...like what if I was allergic to olives? He should of made me a new sandwich in my opinion! Not once did he apologize!!! He also didn't have his name tag on so I didnt even know if he was a manager or not. I have worked in costumer service and the food industry for a very long time. Not once was I rude, I didn't even call him out for his behavior infront of the other customers, I even paid for my food because he deserves the $11 more then I do and I really hope he reads this because he needs to bring his customer service A game to work every single day! So if you worked Thursday January 6 ,2026 at 11:43 am The building at 1485 W 200 N Cedar City UT 84720 You know who you are and you need to improve! If you are a manager how disappointing!

    Food was outstanding fresh everything i would expect if i did it myself at home service was amazing super helpfull friendly employee 01/05/26 10:00am all by himself holding the place together like apro atmosphere sucked music playing like its a concert otherwise nice
