  The quality of the food at Pizza Hut has really taken a dramatic decline. I ordered a large pan pizza and it was UNDER COOKED!! It was doughy and nasty. The pepperoni wasn't even cooked through. Then the bread sticks are about 3 or 4 inches shorter than they used to be!! Also, the sauce container was only half full in a clear container!! What a joke. So shrinkflation has definitely affected Pizza Hut! I would avoid this poor quality pizza joint.

  My husband and I submitted an online order ahead of time and scheduled it for 9pm delivery Halloween day. Low and behold 5:30 comes around and they're trying to deliver our order. We tell them it was scheduled for 9 and they tell us they'll redeliver it then. 8:30p comes around (NOT 9) and they once again deliver our order. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for hours, we're pretty sure it was the same pizza they tried to deliver at 5. We didnt eat any of it. We decided to enjoy the rest of our night and deal with it the next day. My husband calls twice the next day, once no one ever answered and the second time he said he had an order issue and was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. So since they obviously have no desire to try to fix our issue we just threw the pizza out and said screw it. And thus, this review was born. I suggest going literally anywhere else.

  Tried to order a pizza and was transferred to 4 different people and nobody could answer me if they delivered to address

  Ordered pizza tonight for dinner 2 cheese pizzas 1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni and black olives all hand tossed. I got what I assume is thin crust with no sauce!!! Breadsticks were not even cooked all the way!! Tried to call and complain and all you get is a call center not the store!!!!! Horrible horrible service will not be going again

  Order delivery for my job today. And Heather was amazing. Helped me order on a phone because I can't do this. Social media online order stuff. Food was delicious. She educated me on where they put the marinara sauce in the boxes. I've always thought Pizza Hut was the gold standard for Pizza ever since I worked there 3 times as a kid.
