The young man that brought our food to my girls and I was very kind. I appreciated it. He is a good example of customer service 💯 food was decent and the inside of the McDonald's could be cleaner

For such a new location, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to detail. I visited at 7:30 AM, and the state of the restaurant was disappointing.
The lobby was dirty with no staff present or being attentive to customers. When we finally got help, the service itself was decent, but that doesn't make up for the poor condition of the facility.
The kitchen area was visibly unclean, and most concerning—the floor was extremely greasy. I nearly slipped and fell walking in, which is a serious safety hazard, especially with the rainy weather making shoes already wet.
This is a brand new McDonald's in our community, and we deserve a clean, safe environment to enjoy our meals. The location has so much potential, but management needs to prioritize cleanliness and regular maintenance immediately.
Something also needs to be addressed, is hygiene.With employees kid that helped us had dandruff all over his sweater and t shirt that just shows unsanitary work environment.
I hope to see improvements soon so this location can live up to what our community deserves.

Every time I have placed a mobile order,I have had to. Wait over 20 minutes after arriving at the restaurant. Nobody at the counter for any help. This is the only McDonalds this happens. Avoid this location, if possible.

This along with every McDonald's location the perish brothers own is and atrocity I have to McDonald's all over the world and theses southern Utah locations are definitely the worst Dave and Mark perish should loose their franchise rights. They are a disgrace to every McDonald's.

If you think you have been to
World’s worst McDonald’s and you haven’t been to this location, think again. This place is a disaster even for a McDonald’s. Staff couldn’t care less about your experience, your food will
be cold, the staff will treat you like you are a problem, whole lobby is disgusting, the wait time is horrendous. I understand that this is a McDonald’s and not a
Marriott and I’m not expecting a 5 star service however this is beyond unacceptable. Avoid going to this location at all cost. Literally anywhere else is a better option.
