This experience was disappointing. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and burnt—far too crispy and unpleasant in taste.
My friend and I also planned to spend time using the game table, but the touchscreen was very unresponsive and the games were unstable, making it difficult to play. We eventually gave up, which was unfortunate since this was meant to be quality time together before I flew back to Texas.

Every time I visit this store, they get my order wrong. The walls and dining room are dirty and unkept. The management at this location is failing. Do better!

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews lol, came in at 7:30 in the morning. Got my food quick and got out. strange how other people claim that it's taking time.

I always have a malfunction with either the app or the kiosk inside the store and every single time I do I have so much help and sympathy from the employees! I prefer this McDonald’s to the other one in town. This one has great people working here and they do their best considering technology and machines malfunction.

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! If I could give negative stars, I would. No customers inside, and maybe 5 cars in front of my in the drive thru, and it took 40 minutes to get my $20 worth of food. All cars in front of me in the drive thru had to park and wait equally as long. Most people were exiting their cars and going into the building to figure out where there food was. A massive line formed behind me, and several cars at the payment window ended up driving away, either with or without paying for their food because no one was there to help them or they were sick of waiting. Food was... McDonald's. They shoved everything into one bag. Half of the fries ended up at the bottom of the bag and the others ended up tipping over onto the floor of my car since they were hang out of the top of the bag. I have worked in the restaurant and customer service industry for almost 20 years, and this was ridiculous. McDonald's should honestly shut this place down until they can figure something out. Whether this was the employee's fault or a staffing issue, I would be embarrassed to work there.
