    So sad this store has become so bad. These sandwiches and wraps used to be delicious. Now it's terrible. Over my last 3 visits its just getting worse. The sandwiches are not made correctly and the veggies are not the same quality. My latest sandwich literally had only 3 slices of meat. A ton of bitter lettuce. And 1 piece of cheese torn across it. The flavors are off now a days too. I will not be going back which is sad because we've gone there since it opened.

    I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s, but after this recent experience, I won’t be returning. I ordered a Slim 1 and asked for it to be toasted. I was told that wasn’t possible, even though less than a week earlier it had been done for us without any issue. The inconsistency was frustrating. When I got to the window, I asked to use my reward points. I was told they would have to re-ring the entire order and that it would take time. The employee made it sound like a major inconvenience, so I didn’t end up using my reward at all. I understand they were busy, but in the past I’ve been offered my rewards when I had enough points, which made this experience even more disappointing. Overall, the lack of consistency and customer service really took away from what used to be a place I enjoyed going to.I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s, but after this recent experience, I won’t be returning.

    EDIT: Jimmy John's was VERY helpful when I reached out to them about this. A very good company. We'll be back! :) Just make sure you check your order before driving away. ORIGINAL: Okay. I'm writing this review because I am so tired of ordering online and my order being wrong nearly every single time. I wouldn't bother customizing your sandwich if you order online because you'll pay for all the extras and get none of them. I love the taste of Jimmy John's but I'd rather go somewhere else at this point.
