I've been to a lot of Wendy's restaurants and this was easily the worst experience of them all. We ordered over $50 worth of food and all of it was smashed into two bags. Several biggie bags and none of them were separated at all, but all thrown together. Burgers were messy and falling apart in the wrappers and two of them were lukewarm at best. My wife suggested they separate the different orders and the guy at the window said that wasn't his job. Wow.
The food was fine, but we waited in line for 30+ minutes in the drive through. I would have left, but I'd already made an online order to pick up in the drive through, and I had 5 kids with me so going inside wouldn't have worked. They obviously keep busy, which is great, and I'm happy for them. But the amount of time we had to wait, even once I got to the ordering screen and needed to just tell them it was an online order, was ridiculous. I won't go here again, at least not when there's a line, or with an order I get stuck with.

Placed an order and they forgot my nuggets. Not a big deal, we're all human and make mistakes but what is a big deal is waiting over 30 minutes for them to fix this mistake
I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger combo. The bun was dry, falling apart. My food was cold. When I ordered it through doordash they said 20mins. I feel like my food was already made and was in a warmer. The fries tasted old and no salt. The cheese not melted.

Nikki is the employee that keeps us going back to Wendy’s. Friday is our family’s lunch date. I am greeted by Nikki by my first name, that says it’s personal and appreciated! Nikki is our favorite employee!
