Unfortunately we had a 23 minute wait for two hamburgers and a kids meal. Fries were cold but burger was okay. Service was rude. Lights went off while we were still eating in our car at 9:55. Location is supposed to be open until 10:00. Won't be back.

Absolutely terrible experience wow. We order 2 drinks took 30 minutes. And our choclate shake was LIQUID!!! I didn't order chocolate milk but thats 100% what I got. Never will I EVER return to this place. Worst fast food experience i have EVER had! We asked why it was liquid and the girl said I dont know...it must have melted on the top and shut the window.

I typically do not like going to Sonic drive they have horrible service but I wanted their ice. I got there I ordered a Sonic blast a large coke and a bag of ice.. they couldn't sell me a bag of ice. They gave me the wrong Sonic blast. And they gave me soda water. I was able to change the Sonic blast to what I wanted. I needed to leave in a hurry. Requesting my money back for the drink. But they kept me waiting while they redid The Coke. Which came back to me a second time as more soda water. They don't according, to the manager give partial refunds. Mythought was, I needed the whole entire order refunded as they couldn't get it Right. Out of 3 items that I ordered not a single 1 was acceptable.

This was by far the worst Sonic experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a cheesecake shake, but when I received my order, it was a strawberry shake instead. I went back to let them know about the mistake and asked if they could make the cheesecake shake I originally ordered.Instead of fixing the issue, the employee became rude and upset, saying that if I had ordered from the driver seat window, I would have gotten the correct order. That response was unnecessary and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled made the experience even worse.
