  Just eat there and anything in my bag was wrong I asked three time no pickles and trusted them then bit in too 5 keep in mind my whole family has allergies to pickle and ever burgers we asked for with had extra like 5 plus. If you gonna have teenagers work there they need to be trained better thanks $28 dollars wasted

  My app showed my order ready but they didn't put it out where I could get it. I stood in front of the counter Several min and nobody offered to help until the girl coming into work asked if I needed help and then she said oh it's not done yet. I guess if they show it complete the times look better for management.

  The last several times we’ve eaten here, I’ve upgraded my meal to a large, and each time the large fries have been only about half full. On top of that, they’re usually cold and taste old. This has happened consistently, not just once. If fries need to be cooked fresh, I would much rather wait a few extra minutes than be served soggy, stale ones. Receiving a half-filled container of cold fries when paying for a large is unacceptable. Quality control at this location clearly needs improvement. I strongly recommend that customers check their bags before leaving the drive-thru. I’m sure if you asked them to fill the fries all the way, they would be happy to — I just always forget to check before I leave. That said, the crisp Dr Pepper is always on point.

  Honestly McDonald's has always been my go to for a quick bite when life gets a little busy. Whether this be in lobby, drive thru, or doordash. We generally always get quick service (yes there are times that it is very busy). There are some employees that stand out above the others, they are fast, friendly, and trying hard to have things go smoothly. Bret the GM is a hard worker, and I feel he is doing his best to keep the store running with the best service possible. Morning shift employee Isaiah is quick, generally always has a smile, and is friendly to work with. Nick that works day shift is a strong worker and will generally help with anything I ask for when in lobby. Night shift Kenton is fast, always working hard, and answers any questions asked. There are others that I do also feel do a good job like Levi, Brock, Lucy, Chandler, Shambria, Miguel, Juana, Connor, Tyson, and Logan. The food is and has been the same for many years. I do however miss the healthier side of McDonald's when they had their salad line, it was a great selection for a quick but healthy bite. I do enjoy their french fries, unsalted (sometimes they are a bit to salty). Breakfast is the best by far with the Sausage McMuffin with egg, and a cold diet coke. Just in general, thank you for doing a great job, working hard, and always trying your best. Some customers need to remember that even though it is fast food, if you want your orders to be correct and fresh, patience is a virtue.
