  We had a great experience at Sonic Drive-In thanks to Gracie. We had an issue while using the app, and she stepped in right away to help us. She listened to our concern, handled the situation professionally, and made everything right. It’s always nice when an employee takes the time to truly help a customer, and Gracie did exactly that. Great customer service! 😊

  This was the longest we have ever waited for food. We ordered a corn dog, BLT, and 2 junior cheeseburgers. This was not a complicated order, yet we waited for 25 minutes. No apologies, explanations, or anything but an initial grumpy person on the mic at the drive thru. Don't come here if you're needing something fast. We were on our way to Logan and could have probably gotten to Cache Valley where there are more options in the time we waited.

  Valentine gave us amazing service she made sure we everything was correct and she even made sure our food was right even though it was the very end of their night thank you so much again!

  Food is generally cold. The girl with all the face piercings has an attitude from hell upon messing up my order. This place deserves to go out of business like the Logan location.
