    Food was old and barely warm. Corn dogs were like chewing on leather. Tater tots were cold and dried out.

    I was just trying to pick up a door dash. All it was, it was a small oreo shake blast, i went to the drive up first. The lady was rude told me to go through the drive through. And when I went through, drive through, the lady was even more rude. If I not even talking or saying anything, just handed the shake over, I might as well just flipped me the bird.

    These people are so incredibly rude, the food was alright but because of their attitudes I won’t be back. Go somewhere else 👏🏼

    This is quite possibly the WORST fast food experience my family has had in a long time. The employee taking our orders seemed very distracted and not familiar with the simple options available. He clarified that I wanted extra pickles on my burger and it came out as no pickles. He would not let me order my drink with no ice or even light ice. The food was flavorless, cold and soggy. We spent $40 for 3 people and only ate half our food. It is a sad day when the best thing ordered is a Powerade. The styrofoam cup that held our shake broke in half on the drive home and made a mess all over our vehicle. This location needs better training, or needs to be closed. It was a very disappointing meal.

    I have worked in fast food multiple times and I understand it’s stressful sometimes and that everyone has bad days but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude. We pulled up to the drive through and ordered. My cousin wanted a meal and to substitute the drink for a shake. The lady was really rude, she kept asking “what kind of drink” so we asked if they didn’t do substitutions then she said “yea, what kind of shake” in such a condescending tone like that’s what she had been talking about and we were stupid. My cousin made a comment “there you go” and she replied “have a good day” and denied us service. I had called the store and asked to speak to a manager she said she was and said “i don’t need to be talked to like that” and hung up the phone. I’ve read multiple reviews about the rude service from this lady and I seriously think something needs to be done.
