- JGJay Garlic3 days ago1.0Absolutely abysmal location of a Wendy’s. No cars in the drive thru but they take forever to service the one infront of me. Dropped my credit card in the drive thru, I had to pick it up from under my car. Took back an extra frosty they gave us (pretty sure that’s a food safety violation) found out my burger was only a single when I got home told me I had to pay for an extra ranch after I only got one lmao please just go to another one a little further for a bit more gas but 100% a better experience, there’s 3 in bountiful. Please don’t ever come here.

When I finally left and got to work to look at my lunch they gave me ranch dressing and crispy onions on an apple pecan salad. I used to work there so I know it's supposed to be pecans and pomegranate vinaigrette. I'm lactose intolerant and I absolutely hate crispy onions. The only guy who knew what he was doing was working the window and felt bad that everyone else was incompetent

It's not new. And they constantly tell you to hold a moment when ordering , I mean I get your busy but once you say ok what's your order why are you constantly stopping my order to do somthing else and have me waiting and not replying back that you got my order.
