  The bathroom faucet needs to be replaced for two reasons: 1. It sprays out an unnecessary amount of water 2. Because of that high volume spray, water goes everywhere. Food is good and what you'd expect from them. People were nice and place looks recently remodeled too

  Wendy’s has a reputation for inconsistent customer service, and unfortunately this location was no exception. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but my order was incorrect when I received it. After asking for it to be corrected, I got home and realized it still wasn’t right. Accuracy should be a basic expectation. Taking a moment to carefully read and prepare an order would likely prevent situations like this. Having to return more than once for the same issue is frustrating, especially with current gas prices and time constraints. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works with the team to improve attention to detail.

  First, the at the order window the squawk box was turned up so loud that you could hear the order taker from at least eight cars back number two she couldn't hear me and I had to repeat the order three times four times for the sauce for the chicken nuggets next and thirdly I ordered a mini cheeseburger with no pickles what I got was a lot of pickles very salty fries The chicken nuggets were palatable not only that but the order taker was rude at the window and basically threw the food at me also also I received no receipt so this will be a pass from now on when I decide to stop at a Wendy's

  Went there today 2/7 ar 4:30p waited 20 minutes In line (was trapped in by other cars than waited 10 minutes at the actual ordering speaker to not be greeted by anyone finally was able to pull forward to get out and leave only to see all the employees in the lobby glaring at us as we were finally able to drive off. Horrible service never going here again.

  Ordered on the app. When I got to the window the cashier (who could barely speak English) said one moment please. Waited 5 minutes and asked if anyone was there. She then offered to take my order like nothing happened. Waited another 5 minutes at the window and got my order. Gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet, the buns were hard as a rock, and the chicken was tougher than tire rubber. Won’t be going back again ever
