The management is extremely unprofessional, which has led to our employees struggling to upkeep the store, which then has cause our slow and inadequate customer service. I tried my best to work hard, and make this Wendy’s a better place. But at this point, the store is bound to go out of business, and I don’t want to be a part of it.

- SRSage ReddenOct 16, 20251.0The bountiful Wendy’s has been my go to lunch spot since I work close by, I’ve given that location many tries each time left more disappointed. I have had staff members ignore me when I am the only customer inside the store (15 mins before leaving without being acknowledged) , I have had staff members get physically upset over an order of 50 chicken nuggets and punch a wall, I have witnessed many employees in a state of panic and tears to the point they are unable to assist customers, and I consistently get my order wrong or I pay for sauce that isn’t included then when i ask for sauce I am charged again. That not to mention the drive through wait times are incredibly long, I have had to back out and leave many times due to the cars not being helped within 25 mins. All this to say I usually don’t write reviews but that location needs to be retrained to properly run a fast food restaurant with good customer service.
