  Their food is really good the majority of the time; it's fresh! I never have a complaint about that and their fast!!! They keep the place nice, neat and things are stocked. The fountain variety is wonderful. It's nice to be able to choose from a wider selection. The chicken tender meal is so yummy; it's a bit pricey though. If you're needing to save I would go with their biggie bags!!!

  Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We go there once in a while because my little likes the chicken nuggets. Every single time we wait 20-30 minutes for our food. When I go in the place I stand in line for 10 minutes or more before anyone even looks in my direction or says hello can I take your order. I usually have to hello! Take my order. The things you do for your kids. The food went way down hill since Dave died and the place is sloppy mess. It stinks and is visually unappealing. The owner of this place is a disgrace and it shows in their poor work ethic. I would be ashamed of myself if I couldn’t even run a fast food joint. Pathetic. I would give this place negative 5 stars if that were possible.

  With most restaurants closed on Christmas Eve, Wendy’s had the opportunity to shine tonight, but no. They didn’t give us the baked potato we ordered, they didn’t give us any straws for our drinks, and the food that they did remember to give us, was cold. I don’t think they deserve even the one star I had to put for this review

  Not Allowed Wendy's are created equally...while the location in Centerville is about as good as a Wendy's gets, this Bountiful location is the opposite end of the spectrum. In a moment of exhausted weakness we decided to try to take the easy way out after my son's concert and grab him food from the closer Wendy's. That was a mistake. The line was short but slow, the food was ultimately meh, but the really "exceptional" part of the experience was the fact that this location now charges fifty cents a sauce...regardless of whether it is your 1st or 5th. So, despite the fact that we ordered a full meal, a single ranch for my son's sandwich was an additional fifty cents. I wanted to include the receipt in a photo here, but, alas, when we asked for one, the machine wasn't working. I will drive the extra 2 miles or so to Centerville next time.

  This wendys has always been aloof and poor. I thought maybe after reconstruction they would finally pick up. But i am always disappointed. What a waste. Ordering is an absolute hazard the employess do not listen clearly. Incompetent and scammy. I ask for TWO things. I only got one of the things i asked for after triple checking with the employee. I ask at the drive thru for them to read my order back to me and i am ignored. I didnt even get a receipt. No one has time to go back to a damn restaurant to get their food that they should already have. It should be done right the first time. I shouldnt have to be doing the job for you. Ordering is simple, if you cant understand that dont take orders. What a joke of a restaurant. All wendys have gone downhill. Have a nice day
