We tried the meditaranea salad, garlic focaccia, quatro carni pizza, a kids pepperoni pizza, and finished the meal properly with some Gelato. Both appetizers were dynamite! The salad was super fresh, and had the right balance of everything. The garlic focaccia was my wife’s personally favorite. It was delicious bread topped with cheese and balsamic glaze, with a great garlic flavor. Then the pizzas came.. boy oh boy! The crusts had great texture, were cooked with the perfect amount of char, and toppings were everything you could ask for. I have a real love for gelato and have tried it all over Europe. I can say their Gelato is the best I’ve had in Utah and even a top 5 for the shops I’ve tried stateside. Both flavors we tried, chocolate moose cake and chocolate hazelnut, were delicious. Outside of the food, the staff was super friendly! Not only were they attentive and nice, but went out of the way to make it fun for our kids too. This is the only restaurant I’ve been to that offered the fun little drawings pads for our kids. Later, they really won us over when one of the guys brought over balloon animals for them too! If I lived closer, I’d be a new regular here. Unfortunately I don’t, but will be making the trip down for their pizza again! Don’t skip Ti Amo!
